Since 2019, OMP Mentoring Program has connected new and seasoned professionals to promote an environment of guidance, support, and resource sharing for students and young adults in Tunisia.

• Attend Mentor training and onboarding session
• Offer at least 1 hour availability each month for the mentoring program
• Share articles, resources that may be of interest for your mentee
• Refer other mentors

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of Tech, Innovative technologies, Startups and Business Development/Management, Engineering, Digital Marketing...
• Passion for giving back 
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
